There you will find a weekend detox plan that will clean your vital organs inside like liver, lungs and kidneys. Keep in mind that you should follow this detox plan 2 times per year for 10 days in a row or if you want to have this detox plan just for the weekend, you can follow it more times in a year.
Weekend detox plan:
First, you should remember that you have to drink 240 ml warm water before every breakfast.
Breakfast: 1-cup oat flakes with one spoon of linseed, 200 ml low fat yogurt, 250 ml green tea, and ½-cup fresh blueberries.
Lunch: 250 ml water, grilled hake 250 g, 2 cups salad, Swiss chard with potatoes and olive oil and a small banana.
Snack: 250 ml water, ¼-cup pumpkin seed, plain yogurt 180 ml.
Dinner: 250 ml water, pastry of integral flour, grilled tuna 150 g, ½ cup steamed veggies, 2 cups salad + lemon juice + olive oil.
Breakfast: 200 ml of almond milk, 1-cup oat flakes and linseed 1 spoon and a pear.
Lunch: 250 ml water, chicken breast 200 g (grilled), pickles 150 g, veggie soup
Dinner: carrot and beet salad, integral pastry and nettle tea.
