  1. Leg closes

Lie down on your back with your legs lifted in the air, forming a 90°angle to the ground. Spread your legs in a V-shape wide and slowly close them back.

  1. Leg pulses

Lie on your left side with the right leg bent. Your knee and hip must form a straight line. Keep your left leg extended and slowly raise it off the ground, keeping the right leg in position. Move your leg up and down without touching the ground.

  1. Foot claps

Sit on the ground at a 45° angle, the left leg must be in a crunch position and the right leg extended out. Support your back with your left elbow and lift your right leg to meet your right hand and make a clap sound.

You need to combine an effective thigh workout with a healthy lifestyle. Start eating properly and do some cardio. Do the workout 4-5 times a week and do 3 sets of 25 reps.
