If you have fat around your belly, you know it is time to do something about it. The causes of belly fat are many, and they include overeating, poor metabolism, genetics, hormonal changes, dining late at night, stress etc.

We present you some great exercises that will help you fight belly fat. Don’t forget, two of the best exercises are running and walking.
Crunches. While lying on your back with your hands behind your head lift your upper body off the floor and then bring your body to its original position.
Walkout from push up position. From the pushup position, walk your hands out as far as possible, and then walk back.
Bicycle exercise. Lie on the floor and lift both legs off the ground with the knees bend. Bring one leg to the chest with the other one left out and then again with the other one.
Bicycling. This is a great low impact cardio exercise.
Belly breathing. It will boost up stamina and energy.
Lunge twist. Bend your elbows 90 degrees by hips, lunge forward with the right leg and rotate torso and arms to right. Return to the start position and repeat alternating sides.
The Captain‘s Chair Leg Raise. Stay on the chair and grip hand holds. Raise the knees to the chest and lower them back down.
Stomach Vacuum. While lying on the ground, exhale completely and suck your belly in. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat for 10 times a day.
